Nth signed off on the following language for you to share with your Finance team.
The City of Victorville previously procured Darktrace services through Transource because the transaction utilized the NASPO cooperative purchasing contract vehicle. While Nth Generation remained involved as Darktrace's authorized partner throughout the engagement, the contracting and procurement paperwork was facilitated through Transource in order to comply with the NASPO purchasing structure.
For the current renewal, the procurement is being processed through the OMNIA Partners cooperative purchasing agreement rather than NASPO. As a result, Transource is no longer required as part of the procurement chain, allowing Nth Generation to contract directly with the City of Victorville as Darktrace's authorized reseller.
This change is administrative in nature and is driven solely by the selection of a different cooperative purchasing vehicle. There are no material changes to the products, services, support, licensing, or customer responsibilities associated with the City of Victorville 's Darktrace deployment.
