SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND FULL RECONVEYANCE
Owner and Holder of the Note secured by the Deed of Trust dated October 30, 2024, executed by Carlotta Moore and Alfred Moore, as original Trustor and the City of Victorville, as original Trustee: and City of Victorville, a Municipal Corporation, as original Beneficiary; which Deed of Trust recorded July 17, 2025 as Instrument No. 2025-0170670 of the Official Records of San Bernardino County, in the State of California; and
The UNDERSIGNED being the present legal owner and holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust regarding 15717 La Cubre Drive, Victorville, CA, 92394 in the County of San Bernardino and the State of California, and more particularly described in “EXHIBIT A” (attached), hereby substitutes themselves as Trustee in lieu of above named Trustee under said Deed of Trust.
The UNDERSIGNED hereby accepts said appointments as Trustee under said Deed of Trust and as Successor Trustee pursuant to request of said Owner and Holder and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust does HEREBY RECONVEY WITHOUT WARRANTY TO THE PERSON OR PERSONS LEGALLY ENTITLED THERETO all estate now held by him/her/them as Trustee under said Deed of Trust.
