CONTINUED SESSION - See file ID 21-0685 on 1/18/2022 Council agenda. 21-0685Consider the extension of Ordinance No. 2021-10, an interim zoning ordinance adopted as an urgency measure to regulate the location of smoke shops and tobacco shops, Citywide. (4/5’s approval of the Council required for passage.)
Paul Bernal, Community Development Director provided the staff recommendation of Ordinance 2021-10, interim ordinance adopted measures to regulate the location of smoke shops. Staff will return to Council in March for adoption of the regulation.
A motion was made by Council Member Liz Wynn, seconded by Council Member Greg Collins, to approve as recommended. The motion carried 4-0 by the following vote:
