Adoption of Resolution 2021-38 recognizing the expansion of the City of Visalia Urban Development Boundary from the current Tier I boundary to the Tier II boundary for Residential and Commercial (excluding Regional Retail) land use designations and to the Tier III boundary for Industrial land use designations in accordance with Land Use Policy LU-P-21 of the Visalia General Plan Land Use Element.

REGULAR ITEMS AND PUBLIC HEARINGS
City Council Meeting Agenda - Final February 24, 2022
1. Tour of the Fire Department’s Squad 51 Emergency Response Vehicle. Squad 51 will be available for Council and Staff to tour prior to the start of the regular session (Squad 51 will be parked at the Council Chambers at 6:30). The tour is also available to media and citizens. Fire Department representatives will be present to facilitate the tour and answer questions.

Comments related to regular Items and Public Hearing Items are limited to three minutes per speaker, for a maximum of 30 minutes per item. The Mayor may reasonably limit or extend the public comment period to preserve the Council's interest in conducting efficient, orderly meetings.
