Subject: Quotation for 35-foot Heavy-Duty Battery Electric Fuel Transit buses Dear Caleb,
New Flyer is pleased to submit a budgetary price quotation to produce up to (2) 35-foot Heavy-Duty Battery Transit Buses based on New Flyer’s agreement with State of California (DGS).

The proposed buses will be technically configured as close to your list of options as possible.

The price for up to two (2) buses is $978,000.00/bus.

This would be a very important project for us Caleb as it allows us the opportunity to create a strong relationship with the City of Visalia. I would welcome the chance to have New Flyer buses at your transit agency as you expand the amount of zero emission buses within your fleet.

This project also affords us the opportunity to deliver to you, some of the most advanced vehicles available in North America. Our Battery Electric Buses have the most proven track record of all bus builders, and our service division is based in Fresno and can be onsite with any issues that might arise.

We thank you for your interest in New Flyer products and look forward to working with you.

This quotation is valid until May 30, 2022. Please note that any orders after May 15, will be applicable to PPI increase as set forward in the State of California Contract. If your team waits until the summer to issue a Purchase Order, we may need to re-quote to include any additional PPI that occurs.

Sincerely,

Dan Trujillo
