City of Visalia Airport Hangar "D" Damage Repair

Please accept this proposal which includes all labor, material, tax, supervision and equipment necessary, to complete in a thoroughly professional manner the City of Visalia Airport Hangar "D" Damage/Repair. • Scope of work: Demo and Replace approximately 25' on the south east corner of Airport Hangar. Remove and Replace: Exterior Panels, Interior Liner Panel, Bent Z Purlins and Remove and provide a new 3'x7' Walk Door to be painted. (Electrical work as mentioned below)

• Electrical:
*Disconnect electrical wiring and remove bent or broken conduits around main panel in Hangar "D" so the wall material can be removed and replaced.
*Replace 100A , 480V Feeder Breaker in Main Meter Service at N/E corner of the building. *Replace #2 Feeder wires from Meter Service to Hangar "D" Main Electrical Panel/Transformer *Reattach the existing Main Electrical Panel/Transformer after the wall has been repaired **NOTE: Add Alternate should a new Main Panel/Transformer be needed, See cost below Not included in Base bid** *Replace the electrical gutter, wireway that was mounted under the main electrical panel and reconnect 2" main feeder counduit and for 3/4" load conduits, replace coduit wiring as needed. Check Wire conncections in junction-boxes for al (4) 3/4" conduits, repair as needed. *Inspect and reconnect existing load wiring to main panel, replace wiring as needed.
Clarifications/Qualifications: This proposal is based on the Job site walk with Airport Personel on Wednesday (10-5-22). All prices quoted are valid for 30 days.
Exclusions: All work not specifically described in scope of work mentioned above.
