In reference to Christian Church Home’s senior affordable housing approved project at 2439 Dinuba we applied for $1,000,000 in funding from the State’s Multifamily Housing Super Notice of Funding – Infill Incentive Grant (IIG) program. IIG Guideline Sectio n 206 (a)(2) requires that a letter of support be submitted for the Qualifying Infill Project from the local governing body. CCH would appreciate receiving the attached letter completed and signed by the City to meet this requirement. Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.
