Re: VISALIA SENIOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING (2439 Dinuba), Infill Incentive Grant (IIG) Support Letter
Dear Mr. Velasquez,
Christian Church Homes plans to submit a funding application to the State’s Multifamily Housing Super Notice of Funding – Infill Incentive Grant (IIG) program for the VISALIA SENIOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING project, a 70-unit new construction affordable housing development located 2439 North Dinuba Boulevard in Visalia.
IIG Guideline Section 206 (a)(2) requires that a letter of support be submitted for the Qualifying Infill Project from the local governing body. This letter is to document our wholehearted support for this project. Our community is in urgent need of more affordable housing.
