A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VISALIA AMENDING THE OFFICIAL SPEED ZONE LIST PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 10.12
INCLUSIVE OF TITLE 10, VEHICILES AND TRAFFIC
WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Visalia, pursuant to Chapter 10.12 inclusive of Title 10, Vehicles and Traffic, of the Ordinance Code, may enact prima facie speed limits on various roadways or portions thereof with the City of Visalia; and WHEREAS, an “Engineering and Traffic” survey was performed pursuant to Section 10.12.060 of the Ordinance code; and WHEREAS, said prima facie speed limits are enacted pursuant to the provisions as set forth with the California Vehicle Code; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Visalia as follows:
Under the provisions of Chapter 10.12 inclusive of Title 10, Vehicles and Traffic, of the Ordinance Code, the prima facie speed limit for the following roadway, or portion thereof, is hereby determined and declared to be as shown below, and shall be included in the official City of Visalia Speed Zone List:
