Majestic Project
7/18/22 Council awarded HOME-ARP RFP to RHCB to covert the Majestic Motel into PSH for people experiencing homelessness.
Amendment Purpose
To provide preferences to people experiencing homelessness to utilize Coordinated Entry System (CES) into the Majestic Project.
Homekey funds requires utilizing CES.

Conduct a Public Hearing.
Motion to approve and appropriate funds for 2023 Action Plan, 2022 Action Plan Amendment, 2021 Action Plan Amendment including HOME-ARP Allocation Plan Amendment.
Motion to enter into all contracts as listed in the 2023 Action Plan and 2022 Action Plan Amendment.
Authorize Submission to HUD.
