Flexible runway extension- Not currently intended to happen but shown as an option in the ALP should the FAA change policies in the future.
Open ended future focused planning-Allows new development now while holding more aviation development area in reserve for future opportunities Fully accommodates current users- No change in access or utility for all current tenants.
