Enclosed with this letter is an electronic version in PDF format of the 2022Annual Report for the City of Visalia & Kaweah Delta Water Conservation District Water Management Plan . The report is hereby delivered in accordance with the provisions of the December 31, 2001 agreement between our two agencies. You have been provided the report for distribution to the City’s members, staff and consultant to the Management Committee.
The last meeting of Management Committee was on November 21, 2019 due to in person meeting restrictions. Semi-annual meetings are planned for this year to review and discuss program goals, action items and accomplishments.
