DETACHMENT FROM COUNTY SERVICE AREA #1
Being a portion of the East half of the Northeast quarter of Section 13, Township 18 South, Range 24 East, and the West half of the Northwest quarter of Section 18, Township 18 South, Range 25 East, Mount Diablo Meridian, in the County of Tulare, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning on the City Limits line of the City of Visalia at the Southwest corner of the East half of the Northeast quarter of said Section 13;
Course 1: Thence, following said City Limits line and the West line of said East half of the Northeast quarter of said Section 13, North 00°07’13” East, 702.77 feet, more or less, to a point on the North Right of Way line of Pratt Road. Said point also being an angle point in the City Limits line.
Course 2: Thence, leaving said City Limits line and continuing along said West line of said East half of the Northeast quarter of said Section 13, North 00°07’13” East, 1,940.36 feet, more or less, to a point on the North line of said Section 13. Said point also being the Northwest corner of said East half of the Northeast quarter of said Section 13;
Course 3: Thence, along said North line, South 89°42’16” East, 1,307.64 feet, more or less, to the Northeast corner of said Section 13. Said point also being the Northwest corner of said Section 18.
Course 4: Thence, along the North line of said Section 18, South 89°47’00” East, 271.10 feet, more or less, to the West line of the East 60 acres of the West half of the Northwest quarter of said Section 18;
Course 5: Thence, along said West line, South 00°19’21” West, 2,646.44 feet, more or less, to the South line of said Northwest quarter of Section 18;
Course 6: Thence, along said South line, North 89°34’09” West, 261.20 feet, more or less, to the East quarter corner of said Section 13;
Course 7: Thence, along the South line of said East half of the Northeast quarter of said Section 13, North 89°36’09” West, 1,308.21 feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
