AMENDMENT TO AIRPORT LEASE AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT is entered into this ______ day of _____________, 2023 by and between the City of Visalia, a Municipal Corporation of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as “Lessor”) and Enterprise Rent-a-Car Company of Sacramento, a Delaware Limited Liability Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Lessee”). This Agreement amends the Airport Lease Agreement Executed by and between Lessor and Lessee on May 16th, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the “Lease Agreement”).
1. Lessor has provided the Lessee with the opportunity to add approximately 800 (eight hundred) additional square feet of office space to their currently leased space. This additional space was recently vacated and is in the same building and address as the existing lease. The additional area would add $850.00 (eight hundred and fifty dollars) monthly to the Lessee’s current monthly payment amount of $1,249.06 (one thousand two hundred forty-nine dollars and six cents) making the new monthly lease payment $2,099.06 (two thousand ninety-nine dollars and six cents). This new monthly lease rate would be subject to the same annual CPI rate increase as outlined in the original lease terms.
2. Except as expressly provided herein all other terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
