This Addendum is being issued to provide additional information regarding this RFB. This Addendum becomes part of the bid document and must be signed and submitted with bid.
ITEM 1: QUESTIONS/ANSWERS
Q.1 I would like to request a copy of the current contract in place for Quadrant C. A copy of the current pricing is attached. This contract was a temporary emergency contract and the scope of work (services) are not the same as the scope of work for RFB-22-23-04, which includes the updated scope of work.
Q.5 What is the approximate work start date? Response: Ideally, the contract could begin on November 1 st or no later than December 1st. We begin contracts on the 1st of the month. However, the Award of Contract needs to be made by the City Council, bonds and insurance will need to be collected and a contract will need to be fully executed prior to the Contractor proceeding with any work or receiving a purchase order/contract. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the contract will begin on November 1st or December 1st.
ITEM 2: WAGE CHECK The Prevailing Wages for this work were checked on 9/1 8/23 and there have been no changes to the wages originally advertised with this RFB.
