That portion of the Northwest quarter of Section 26, Township 18 South, Range 25 East, and the Southwest quarter of Section 23, Township 18 South, Range 25 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, in the County of Tulare, State of California described as follows; Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Northwest quarter, said point being on the existing City Limit of the City of Visalia, thence along the following courses; Course 1: North 0º27’13” West along the west line of said Northwest quarter and said existing City Limit of the City of Visalia, 2706.42 feet to the Northwest corner of said Northwest quarter; Course 2: Thence North 0º00’55” West along the west line of said Southwest quarter of Section 23 and said existing City Limit of the City of Visalia, 280.92 feet to the southerly right of way of State Highway 216, also known as Houston Ave;
Course 3: Thence departing said existing City Limit of the City of Visalia, North 69º06’18” East along said southerly right of way 540.33 feet to a point on the northerly line of Parcel 4 of Lot Line Adjustment Map No. PLA 13-039, recorded December 11, 2014 as Document No. 2014-0065999 Official Records of Tulare County;
Course 4: Thence South 0º07’18” East along said northerly line 161.26 feet to an angle point in said northerly line;
Course 5: Thence continuing along said northerly line North 87º52’42”, 130.06 feet to an angle point in said northerly line;
Course 6: Thence continuing along said northerly line South 0º08’15” East, 363.05 feet to an angle point in said northerly line;
Course 7: Thence continuing along said northerly line, also along the northerly line of Parcel 2 of Lot Line Adjustment Map No. PLA 13-040, recorded December 11, 2014 as Document No. 2014-0065993 Official Records of Tulare County, South 89º50’14” East, 1014.07 feet to the Northeast corner of said Parcel 2;
Course 8: Thence South along the east line of said Parcel 2, a distance of 917.06 feet to the Southeast corner of said Parcel 2, said point also being a point on the north line of the parcel granted to the City of Visalia per Correctory Grant Deed, recorded July 9, 2012, as Document No. 2012-0042951 Official Records of Tulare County;
Course 9: Thence South 89º50’14” East along the north line of said City of Visalia parcel, 522.11 feet to the Northeast corner of said City of Visalia Parcel;
Course 10: Thence South 0º42’59” East along the east line of said City of Visalia parcel, also being the east lines of Parcel 6, Parcel 5, and Parcel 4 of Parcel Map No. 4873, recorded in Book 49 of Parcel Maps at Page 78, Tulare County Records, 1776.93 feet to the Southeast corner of said Parcel 4, said point also being on the south line of said Northwest quarter, also being a point on the existing City Limit of the City of Visalia;
Course 11: Thence along said existing City Limit of the City of Visalia and the south line of said Northwest quarter, North 89º00’17” West, 2173.20 feet to the Southwest corner of said Northwest quarter and the Point of Beginning.
