PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
City Manager

At the direction of the City Council, provide executive administration of a full-service city with 325 full-time employees and 250 part-time employees in eight departments (Administrative Services, Community Development, Engineering & Project Management, Finance, Fire, Parks & Leisure Services, Police and Public Works) providing service to an official city population of over 62,000 and serving approximately 70,000 residents of the greater Porterville area. As the senior City Manager in Tulare County, regularly represent the eight cities of Tulare County in regional, state and federal advocacy efforts.
