• Monthly equipment rentals rates as well as rates for ancillary equipment • Rates for experienced, “Sludge Dewatering Technicians” to assist you onsite during your dewatering project, should you need it.
• Included are our transportation rates, so you may have this option as well. • All equipment specified in this proposal is subject to availability.

Utility and Power Requirements below:
The belt press units come with an automated flash bending polymer unit, sludge feed pump, VFD electronic controls and control room and a sludge discharge auger. The press will require a 480 three phase, 100-amp breaker power supply although continuous usage is about 75 amps. The control rooms are heated and air - conditioned.
Water requirements are fresh water at 100gpm and 45 up psi. Hoses for sludge feed are available upon request. **Alternative units can be a combination of SKID MOUNTED 2.2 Meter Belt Presses that are complete with everything above but the control room**
Note: Belts will be in good condition. Parts will be shipped; installation of parts and maintenance of the press are the responsibility of the renter. Techs are available for repairs if needed.
At Lessee’s request, an additional replacement set of belts may be shipped with Belt Press at a cost of $5,800. If belts are returned unused, cost will be refunded less a restocking fee of 20%.
Rental Equipment Pricing
The prices below are based on a 6-month or up to 2 year rental as described under the below conditions and responsibilities are as follows. 24 hours per day usage at these prices.**Rental Prices are portal to portal
1. 2.2-meter skid or trailer mounted belt press
Up to 24- hour day operation (month to month). After the initial 30 days, the rate will be prorated (divide by 30) until the day the press is returned. ***Rental rates are billed portal to portal

2. Belt press technician- Based on Aspen Rental’s Hourly Rate (work, stand by, and travel)
This includes all hotel, per diem, truck (airline not included and billed out cost + 20%). Minimum 3- 5 days is usually requested for operational training of crew. Hours worked over 12- hour days will be billed at $135.00/Hr. Adjustments will be made to the daily wage i f Aspen Rentals is required to pay prevailing wage.

4. Approximate Transportation
Aspen Rentals will bill ACTUAL INVOICE + 20% once received. (Customer may arrange their own transportation to save 3rd party markup costs.) The quote for transportation is for proposal purposes only. Actual transportation will vary depending on market pricing, availability, and fuel costs. We will obtain an actual transportation bid once we get to the contract stage.

Maintenance Items
Electrical parts, press parts, and motors will be shipped overnight to be installed by your maintenance personnel.
The price for the rental does not include the following:
• Belts or rubber seals damaged or worn.
• Lobes on the sludge pump if worn.
• Items damaged by client operations including breaking rollers.
Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee up to $2,500 per press can be charged in the event that Aspen has to clean the equipment after rental.
Setup
Our sludge dewatering technician will require a forklift and some labor for setup. An electrician may be required depending on electrical availability at the site location.
First Months Rent
First months rent and mobilization are billed on Mobilization
Terms of Payment
Upon receiving monthly billing for the equipment, the customer is to pay all invoices NET 30.
