Task 1.1 Diagnosis and Evaluation
The Mintier Harnish Team will diagnose and evaluate existing City zoning regulations and developments standards pertaining to single-family residential development.
Task 1.2 Preparation of Objective Design Standards for Single-Family Development The Mintier Harnish Team will prepare Administrative Draft Objective Standards for Single-Family Development. The objective design standards prepared under this subtask will focus on new single- family residential development. The intent of these standards is to build upon existing single-family development standards to help facilitate desired development. We will include graphic illustrations and photo examples as appropriate.
Task 1.3 Public Review and Adoption
The Mintier Harnish Team will prepare Final Objective Design Standards for Single-Family Development.
We will include graphic illustrations and photo examples as appropriate. We will incorporate the Final Objective Design Standards for Single-Family Development into the existing Zoning Ordinance. Adoption hearings associated with the Final Objective Design Standards for Single-Family Development will be combined with the adoption hearings for the Zoning Ordinance Standards for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) and Planned Residential Development (PRD).
