This Addendum is being issued to provide responses to questions and provide updated wages. This addendum becomes part of the RFB 22-23-06 document and must be signed and submitted with bid.
ITEM 1: QUESTIONS/RESPONSES
Q1. Is the work/ maintenance request for quadrant E subject to prevailing wage, meaning high rate pay or we are using (Determination N/C-LML-2023-1) which is similar to normal labor rates with some exceptions? Response: Work being performed under RFB 22-23-06 Landscape Maintenance of Quadrant E is subject to prevailing wage per DIR’s Determination NC-LML-2023- 01 as indicated in Exhibit D-5.
Q2. Can I have access to the award results of QJ, QM, and QC? Response: Please see the following tables:

Q3. Is a D49 Contractors license sufficient to bid on this project? Response: Unfortunately, a D-49 is for tree maintenance and would not be sufficient for this project.
Q4. What was the prior award amount? Response: The current pricing is listed below. The current contract is a temporary month to month contract and the scope of work (services) are not the same as the scope of work for RFB 22-23-06, which includes updated scope of work and additional square footage for planter.

Q6. Could you please clarify which areas represent:
1: 0099 Island Oaks Response: Island Oaks in the listing is the same as Island Oaks 1 on the map.
2: 0099 Silver Creek Response: Silver Creek is the LL0099 portion of Silver Creek estates that includes the landscape along Ben Maddox between Ben Maddox Ave. and the sidewalk. Silver Creek Estates LL9008 is from the sidewalk to the block wall.
3: 0099 Village Park Estates - Buena Vista to Margalo Response: This is the landscape along the east side of Burke south of Buena Vista to the ponding basin at Margalo.
Q7. Can you please let me know what are they getting paid now? Response: Please see response to Question 4.

ITEM 2: UPDATED PREVAILING WAGES
Prevailing wages were checked on January 22, 2024. There were no updates to the state wages. State wages originally posted with this RFB remain in effect.
