Project Background
• State Grant Funding through State Parks: Parks and Recreation Department
• City Staff worked toward assembling a competitive application for a project for Fully Inclusive Park.
• Through the effort of assembling an application, outreach was conducted with the public while facing the peak impacts of Covid.

• City staff determined the importance for follow up outreach with the community following the award of grant funding and design consultant procurement.
• City Staff held a public outreach meeting at the ImagineU Childrens Museum and presented on the project concept.
• City Staff presented on the project and project concept while being hosted at Able Industries.
• Data and public response/comments were collected through a public survey.
This data was used to reach the current update park concept layout.
