This Addendum is being issued to provide responses to questions, confirm wages, and a change to the RFB. This addendum becomes part of the RFB 22-23-08 document and must be signed and submitted with bid.
ITEM 1: QUESTIONS/RESPONSES
Q1. What was the prior award amount? Response: The current pricing is listed below. The current contract is a temporary month to month contract and the scope of work (services) are not the same as the scope of work for RFB 22-23-08, which includes updated scope of work and additional square footage for planter.

Prevailing wages were checked on February 5, 2024. There were no updates to the state wages. State wages originally posted with this RFB remain in effect.

ITEM 3: CHANGES
On page 20 of the RFB document under Section 7. Turf Maintenance, subsection C. Broad Leaf and Noxious Weeds, it currently reads:
c. Broad Leaf and Noxious Weeds. These weeds shall be controlled on a continuous basis by chemical or manual method. Chemicals used for control shall be registered for use on Fescue and Bermuda turfs. A Broadleaf and Crabgrass pre-emergent herbicide shall be applied between mid-January and March and again between September and Mid-November of every year. Herbicides such as Dimension, Pendulum, or Barricade are recommended during this application period. For post broadleaf weed control Triplet, Trimec, or Triamine will be applied to control Broadleaf and Crabgrass weeds that are currently growing and weather conditions permit the application. Contractor will notify the Project Manager of the application dates and provide a schedule of areas treated as completed.
And shall be changed to read:

Chemicals used for control shall be registered for use on Fescue and Bermuda turfs. A Broadleaf and Crabgrass pre- emergent herbicide shall be applied between mid-January and March and again between September and Mid-November of every year. Herbicides such as Dimension, Pendulum, or Barricade are recommended during this application period. For post broadleaf weed control Triplet, Trimec, or Triamine will be applied to control Broadleaf and Crabgrass weeds that are currently growing and weather conditions permit the application. Contractor shall provide Project Manager a quote for work prior to work being started and shall not perform work without Project Manager’s approval of quote. Contractor will be required to notify the Project Manager of the application dates and provide a schedule of areas treated as completed.
