Government Code Section 54953(b) provides the rules for teleconferencing for City Council meetings. Council Member Emmanuel Hernandez Soto will participate in the April 23, 2024 Special City Council meeting via teleconference. The location is Highway 50 at Stateline Ave., Lake Tahoe, NV 89449, Business Center, 2nd Floor. The public can attend, participate and provide public comment from the teleconference location and at the Council meeting .

1. Urgency Ordinance - Public Hearing and adoption of an interim Ordinance No. 2024-05 adopted as emergency measures to
regulate the location and operational requirements for massage establishments pursuant to Government Code section 65858(b), Citywide. (4/5’s approval of the City Council is required for passage.)
