Purpose of Fees
Annual inflationary adjustments help departments and capital projects cover costs. 1 Fees encourage the appropriate use of services.
2 Fees are limited to the actual cost of services.

Why Fees Change

Fees adjusted by less than the allowable CPI, fees that have been reduced to better reflect the cost of service or have increased due to Salary & Benefit or contractual changes.
