This Addendum is being issued to extend the deadline to submit bid and provide additional information. This addendum becomes part of the RFB 23-24-38 document and must be signed and submitted with the bid.
ITEM 1: EXTENSION OF BID SUBMITTAL DEADLINE
The deadline for submitting a bid in response to this solicitation has been extended as follows:
Bids are due no later than: 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday July 3, 2024.
ITEM 2: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Contractors who would like to propose a different picnic table from what is listed in the RFB Document, can submit the specifications of the picnic table they are proposing to [email protected] by Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 4pm.
The Project Manager will review the specifications of any proposed picnic tables and will determine if it is equal to the current specifications. Any “approved equal” picnic tables will be listed in a future addendum.
