Flock Reinstall Fee Schedule 10/2024
After a deployment plan with Designated Locations and equipment has been agreed upon by both Flock and the Customer, any subsequent changes to the deployment plan (“Reinstalls”) driven by a Customer’s request will incur a fee per the table below.
All fees are per reinstall or required visit (in the case that a reinstall is attempted but not completed), and include labor and materials. If you have any questions, please email [email protected]
Professional Services Schedule:
Initial Camera Installation
• Existing Infrastructure | $150
• Standard Install | $650
• Advanced Install | $1,250
Equipment Replacements
• Camera replacement as a result of vandalism, theft, or damage | $800 • Flock pole replacement as a result of vandalism, theft, or damage | $500 (N/A) • Advanced pole replacement as a result of vandalism, theft, or damage | $2,000 (N/A) • Technician visit for any other reason not listed above | $350 • Solar panel replacement as a result of vandalism, theft, or damage | $350
Flock Safety Falcon Flex™ Replacements
• Replacement Camera | $800
• Replacement Battery | $750
• Replacement Solar Panel | $500
• Replacement DC Power Kit | $150 (N/A)
• Replacement AC Power Kit | $150 (N/A)
