Subject: Jack in the box issue on agenda , citizen inquiry What's your take on the appeal?
Needs to be 24 hours imo ..support the appeal
This business owner is helping our economy and giving folks at the bottom rungs of the work ladder ...jobs!!!
B.

No way is this an attractive nuisance
Instead just the reverse....these far away areas way out on Lovers Lane are subject to regular vandalism and other crimes ...having staff their 24 hours is eyes and ears in the neighborhood 23/7/365 almost to a degree like unpaid security...

All up and down Ben Maddox ....overnight breakins were the thing probably still is

Subject: Jack in the Box - Tulare & Lovers Lane - Against Hey Josh,

We received a phone call on the hotline regarding the Jack in the Box hours at the location above. The homeowner at 2947 E Meadow Ave called in as he is unable to attend the meeting due to a back injury and does not have access to a computer to submit his comment but received the mailer notiÞcation with the hotline number.

He is against the request for the Jack in the Box as he feels the increase of hours will result in more homeless in the neighborhood, which is very close to the residential homes, as well as an increase in late night parking lot activity, such as racing, speeding, etc. as that is currently happening at the gas stations at the corner of Lovers Lane and Noble and with the increase of hours, could potentially make this location a nuisance to the neighborhood.
