A June 2nd, Public Hearing was held to approve fees and charges to be placed on the Tax Roll.
Protests were received from 7 individuals on a total of 8 proposed assessments.
Staff was directed to examine the assessments further and return with recommendations.

3 assessments are recommended to be placed on the Tax Roll for the original amount for delinquent utilities. 2 assessments are recommended at a modified amount.
3 assessments are recommended to be removed from the Tax Roll.
Staff review and Recommendations
Staff is requesting authorization to place an amount up to $44,509.36 on the tax roll to ensure collection.
The full amount of each assessment will only be placed on the tax roll if the property owner fails to perform as agreed.
The assessments of property owners who pay and/or perform will be reduced or removed as agreed, reducing the tax roll amount.
Opportunity to pay
Property owners may avoid having their item placed on the tax roll by paying the amount due prior to June 30, 2025.
