CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL MEETING - 8:00 AM
Mayor Taylor called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

Citizens are now invited to comment on items listed on the Special Meeting agenda and items listed on the Closed Session agenda. The Council asks that you keep your comments concise and positive. Creative criticism, presented with appropriate courtesy, is welcome.

CONSENT CALENDAR
Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted in one motion.

1. 25-0215Notice of Award of Convention Center Elevator Modernization - Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with TK Elevator Corporation in the amount of $642,850 for the
Convention Center Elevator Modernization Project.
2. 25-0229Award Contract for Culvert Replacement - Authorize the City Manager to award the construction contract with
Dawson-Mauldin, LLC for RFB 24-25-60, Mill Creek Culvert Replacement Project, in the amount of $1,403,118.
3. 25-0268Construction Management Services Contract Award - Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with NV5, Inc. to provide construction management and materials testing services for the Solids Handling Improvement Project at the Visalia Water Reclamation Facility in the amount of $1,243,847.69
ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION - 8:15 AM (Or, immediately following Special Meeting)
Mayor Taylor stated that the special meeting would adjourn, and that the closed session would follow immediately afterward.
