NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Visalia, a Municipal Corporation of the State of California, located at 315 E. Acequia Avenue, Visalia, California, 93291, Owner in fee of the property, that the work of improvement on the property described as:
WOODLAND PARK PLAYGROUND REPLACEMENT PROJECT RFP 23-24-32 under the contract agreement entered into with R.E. Schultz Construction dated 4/15/2024, as a whole was completed on 6/20/2025 and the City of Visalia hereby accepts said work.
Christopher Crawford, City Engineer and agent of the City of Visalia, deposes and says that he has read said Notice of Completion and knows the contents thereof, and that the same is true of his own knowledge; that he makes this affidavit for and on behalf of the City of Visalia. __________________________________
