Zeltmacher has discussed Construction Progression w ith City of Visalia Staff during the Construction of the Subject Project and on December 1, 2025 Zeltmacher attended a Punch List Site Visit.
Based on communications with the City of Visalia an d Site Visit on 12/1/2025 it is Zeltmacher’s opinion that the construction is subst antially complete and ready for the intended use.
