NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND ACCEPTANCE
OF PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by 4Creeks that a certain public works project located at Visalia Rawhide Baseball Stadium in Tulare County, State of California, at the street address 300 N Giddings Street, and described as follows:
Visalia Rawhide Batting Cage, was completed on the 12th day of January 2026, and was accepted by the 4Creeks on the 29th day of January 2026.
The above project for public works improvements and structures, and the property on which the improvements and structures are situated, are located in the Township of Visalia, County of Tulare, State of California.
VERIFICATION
I, the undersigned, declare that I am the duly authorized representative of 4Creeks, that I have read the foregoing notice and know its contents, and that the same is true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the foregoing is true and correct.
