Project Description: Riggin Widening Project from Kelsey Street to Shirk Street Project No.: 3010-72000/CP0398-999
You are hereby notified for a partial release of retention for the Riggin Widening Project from Kelsey Street to Shirk Street. All remaining WORK shall continue to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the Construction Contract dated May 30, 2025. This release of retention is being issued while the project is awaiting light poles to be furnished and installed. Agee Construction Corporation shall be responsible for the full completion of all WORK on the Riggin Widening Project from Kelsey Street to Shirk Street. Payment of $56,700.98 will be held from Agee Construction Corporation for the remaining work until the project is deemed complete.
