ADDENDUM NO. 1
Issued: July 31, 2026
Submittals Due: No later than 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 6, 2026 This Addendum is being issued to provide responses to questions that have been received. This addendum becomes part of the RFB-26-27-03 bid and contract documents. This addendum must be signed and submitted with bid.
ITEM 1: CHANGES TO SPECIFICATIONS
identifying percentages by which downward adjustments in Contractor’s payment will be made. Changes to these tables are shown in red font below. These changes are hereby incorporated into RFB -26-27-03, Landscape Maintenance of Quadrant F and become part of the contract requirements.
• When Contractor is out of compliance with the requirements of the maintenance agreement, an appropriate downward adjustment in contractor’s payment shall be made. Downward adjustments will be made for incomplete and /or unsatisfactory work or non-performance based on a percentage of the estimated cost to the City for each area maintained by the Contractor. See tables below which list the cost adjustment percentage.
The Area Cost Estimate used by the City will be the square footage descriptions contained in Exhibit D-2 (or as that document is amended if additiona l areas are added during the term of the Agreement) and then adjusted based on the Unit Price provided by the successful bidder.

The state prevailing wages for this job were checked on July 30, 2026 and there have been no changes. The wages originally published with this RFB remain in effect.
