The August 17, 2022, Special Joint Lunch Meeting of the Vista City Council and the Senior Citizen Affairs Commission was called to order by Mayor Ritter at 11:41 a.m. at the Shadowridge Golf Club, 1980 Gateway Drive, Vista, California.

City Councilmembers, Commissioners, and City staff enjoyed a social afternoon. There was no action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ritter adjourned the meeting at 12:51 p.m.
