The October 19, 2022, Special Joint Dinner Meeting of the Vista City Council and the Parks and Recreation Commission was called to order by Deputy Mayor Franklin at 6:35 p.m. at the Shadowridge Golf Club, 1980 Gateway Drive, Vista, California.

City Councilmembers, Commissioners, and City staff enjoyed a social evening. There was no action taken.

Deputy Mayor Franklin adjourned the meeting at 7:45 p.m.
