RECOMMENDATION: Adopt City Council Resolution No. 2022- , setting regular meeting dates for 2023.
CORRELATION TO CITY COUNCIL GOALS: Routine operational item not corresponding to a specific City Council goal.
PRIOR ACTION: On September 13, 2022, adopted City Council Resolution No. 2022-131, amending the regular meeting dates for 2022 (Vote: 5-0).
On November 9, 2021, adopted City Council Resolution No. 2021-183, setting regular meeting dates for 2022 (Vote: 5-0).
Please refer to Exhibit 2 for a complete list of prior City Council actions.
STATEMENT ON THE SUBJECT: Pursuant to Section 2.12.030.A of the Vista Municipal Code, the City Council shall annually identify regular meeting dates for the City by resolution.
The proposed resolution (Exhibit 1) establishes the regular meeting dates for 2023.
FISCAL IMPACT: There is no direct fiscal impact associated with the staff recommendation.

RESOLUTION NO. 2022-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CHARTERED CITY OF VISTA, CALIFORNIA, SETTING REGULAR MEETING DATES FOR 2023 The City Council the City of Vista does resolve as follows:
1. Findings. The City Council hereby finds and declares the following:
A. Pursuant to Section 2.12.030.A of the Vista Municipal Code, the City Council shall identify regular meeting dates for the City by resolution.
2. Action.
A. The regular meeting dates for calendar year 2023 are established as follows:
