SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
JANUARY 30, 2023
The January 30, 2023, Special Meeting of the City Council of the Chartered City of Vista was called to order by Mayor Franklin at 9:31 pm in the City Council Chambers, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, California.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT
Mayor John Franklin
Joe Green, Dan O'Donnell
Deputy Mayor Corinna Contreras and Councilmember Katie Melendez arrived at 9:35 am
RECESS, CALL FOR CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Franklin recessed the meeting at 9:32 a.m. and called for a Closed Session for the following:
CS1. Public Employment pursuant to Government Code Section 54957: (CC) Title of Position to be Filled: City Manager
RECESS, OPEN SESSION, AND REPORT ON ACTION TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION Mayor Franklin recessed the Closed Session at 2:18 pm and reconvened the meeting in open session at 2:20 pm.
City Attorney Walter Chung stated no reportable action was taken in Closed Session.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Franklin adjourned the meeting at 2:21 pm.
