The October 18, 2023, Special Joint Dinner Meeting of the Vista City Council and the Parks and Recreation Commission was called to order by Mayor Franklin at 6:30 p.m. at Cocina del Carmen, 1350 E Vista Way, Unit 8, Vista, California.

City Manager John Conley
Recreation and Community Services Director Mike Pacheco DINNER
City Councilmembers, Commission members, and City staff enjoyed a social evening. There was no action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Franklin adjourned the meeting at 7:45 p.m.
