The February 21, 2024, Special Joint Dinner Meeting of the Vista City Council and the Planning Commission was called to order by Mayor Franklin at 6:40 p.m. at Mama n Papa’s, 988 Civic Center Drive, Vista, California.

City Councilmembers, Commissioners, and City staff enjoyed a social evening. There was no action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Franklin adjourned the meeting at 8:10 p.m.
