STATEMENT ON THE SUBJECT: Deputy Mayor Melendez requested that the City Manager place a discussion item on the November 12, 2024 agenda to discuss the Green Oak Ranch eviction notices received by the RV tenants at the RV Park at Green Oak Ranch, including, but not limited to the following topics:
(1)What services has the City of Vista provided and what is the status of the tenants? (2)Who is responsible for terminating the tenancy of those living on Green Oak Ranch property and what is the legal basis for their termination?
(3)Also discuss further action that can be taken by the City Council.
FISCAL IMPACT: There is no direct fiscal impact associated with this discussion item.
