The March 19, 2025, Special Joint Dinner Meeting of the Vista City Council and the Planning Commission was called to order by Mayor Franklin at 6:30 p.m. at Prohibition Brewing Company, 2004 E. Vista Way, Vista, California.

City Councilmembers, Commissioners, and City staff enjoyed a social evening. There was no action taken.

Mayor Franklin adjourned the meeting at 8:30 p.m.
