1. WELCOME
2. MINUTES – Review Minutes from the March 7, 2025, Kickoff Meeting.
3. DRAFT WORK PLAN –Review Draft Work Plan for the Committee, finalize goals.
4. HANDS ON EXERCISE – Committee members will receive an overview of the project area from the traffic consultant, followed by a hands-on exercise, where the Committee members and public are invited to review and mark up maps of the project area to determine the circulation scenarios to be analyzed by the traffic consultant.
5. SELECT PREFERRED ALTERNATIVES – The Committee will select up to three alternatives for traffic modeling and analysis of traffic impacts.
6. DOWNTOWN PLANNING –Committee to open the floor for questions or comments from the Committee members and/or the public related to Downtown planning.
7. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS – Public comment on items not on the agenda but that fall under the purview of the Committee.
