The May 7, 2025, Special Joint Dinner Meeting of the Vista City Council and the Investment Advisory Committee was called to order by Mayor Franklin at 6:30 p.m. at Pizza & More, 1461 N Santa Fe Ave, Vista, California.

City Councilmembers, Committee members, and staff enjoyed a social evening. There was no action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Franklin adjourned the meeting at 8:00 p.m.
