1. WELCOME
2. MINUTES – Review Minutes from the April 29, 2025, Meeting (No. 2).
3. PRESENTATION –City Staff and Rick Engineering will present to the Committee regarding the open space and right-of-way areas that are the subject of discussion within the Historic Downtown and present ideas for improvements and/or upgrades.
4. WALK AUDIT – Any interested attendees are invited to walk the project area to identify areas of opportunity (30 mins).
5. HANDS ON EXERCISE – Committee members will be invited to participate in a hands-on exercise, where the Committee members and public are invited to review and mark up maps of the project area to determine the public open space and right-of-way improvements to be included on the draft Downtown Plan.
6. SELECT PREFERRED IMPROVEMENTS – The Committee will make recommendations on any specific improvements to be included or brought back for further consideration on the draft Downtown Plan.
7. DOWNTOWN PLANNING –Committee to open the floor for questions or comments from the Committee members and/or the public related to Downtown planning.
8. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS – Public comment on items not on the agenda but that fall under the purview of the Committee.
