On June 11, 2024, adopted City Council Resolution No. 2024-94, approving liens on assessor’ s parcels within the City of Vista to be collected with the general property taxes on the Fiscal Year 2024/25 tax roll for unpaid sewer charges; and adopted Buena Sanitation District Resolution No. 2024-05, approving liens on assessor’ s parcels within the District to be collected with the general property taxes on the Fiscal Year 2024/25 tax roll for unpaid sewer charges (Vote: 5-0) On June 13, 2023, adopted City Council Resolution No. 2023-102, approving liens on assessor’ s parcels within the City of Vista to be collected with the general property taxes on the Fiscal Year 2023/ 24 tax roll for unpaid sewer charges; and adopted Buena Sanitation District Resolution No. 2023- 3, approving liens on assessor’ s parcels within the District to be collected with the general property taxes on the Fiscal Year 2023/24 tax roll for unpaid sewer charges (Vote: 5-0)
On June 14, 2022, adopted City Council Resolution No. 2022- 92, approving liens on assessor’ s parcels within the City of Vista to be collected with the general property taxes on the Fiscal Year 2022/23 tax roll for unpaid sewer charges; and adopted Buena Sanitation District Resolution No. 2022-14, approving liens on assessor’ s parcels within the District to be collected with the general property taxes on the Fiscal Year 2022/ 23 tax roll for unpaid sewer charges (Vote: 5-0)
