STATEMENT ON THE SUBJECT: Mayor Franklin requested the City Manager place a discussion item on an upcoming agenda to discuss the San Diego Sheriff’s Office enforcement activities related to illegal fireworks in Vista. Vista Sheriff’s Captain John Malan will provide a presentation on Sheriff’s Office enforcement efforts.
