The August 20, 2025, Special Joint Dinner Meeting of the Vista City Council and the Senior Citizens Affairs Commission was called to order by Mayor Franklin at 7:29 p.m. at Seven Seas Bar & Grill, 342 Main Street, Vista, California.

Assistant City Manager Imelda Huerta, Community Services Program Manager Kevin Granse DINNER
City Councilmembers, Commission members, and staff enjoyed a social evening. There was no action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Franklin adjourned the meeting at 8:30 p.m.
