1. WELCOME
2. MINUTES – Review Minutes from the June 23, 2025, Meeting (No. 4).
3. PRESENTATION –City Staff and Rick Engineering will present to the Committee regarding the proposed Downtown Plan and associated recommendations.
4. RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL – The Committee will discuss the proposals included in the Downtown Plan and associated policy recommendations. The Committee will either make a formal recommendation on the draft Downtown Plan, or schedule an additional meeting of the Committee to formulate a final recommendation to the City Council.
5. WORK PLAN –Committee to discuss and consider whether an additional meeting is needed. The tentative date for an additional Committee meeting is September 29.
6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS – Public comment on items not on the agenda but that fall under the purview of the Committee.
