The September 9, 2025, Special Meeting of the Vista City Council was called to order by Mayor Franklin at 3:30 p.m. in the Vista Room of the Civic Center, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, California.

DISCUSSION
The Mayor and City Council Members interviewed the following applicants for the Homelessness Commission:
Richard Wilder Terry Constantine Vivi Martinez Mendoza
Michael Bronner Genaro Garcia Kenneth Zuniga-Diuguid
Colby Karzen Tellis Napper Shayok Dutta
City Clerk Valdez distributed an email from Gabriela Shute who was unable to make it to the interview.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Franklin adjourned the meeting at 4:53 p.m.
